Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Book Sales Orders and prepare invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills as per SOP.
Follow up with customers for:
Pending quotations
Order execution formalities
Pending payments
Deliver high standards of customer service.
Prepare MIS/WIP reports.
Maintain engineers’ visit data and reports.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients for smooth execution.
Ensure timelines are met and escalate gaps promptly.
Generate MIS reports and take customer feedback.

Key Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
Knowledge of invoicing and e-way bill generation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer relationship management.
