Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in SaaS ERP solutions tailored to the construction and engineering industry. This role bridges the gap between client needs and our technical capabilities, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the functional and domain expert for cloud-based ERP solutions specific to the construction sector. Engage with prospective clients to analyze business requirements, operational processes, and key challenges. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and process mapping across core business functions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for ERP-driven transformation. Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting how our ERP solutions solve industry-specific pain points. Collaborate with the sales team to develop value-driven proposals, including ROI models and business case justifications. Prepare responses to RFPs/RFIs and create comprehensive solution documentation. Lead product walkthroughs, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and stakeholder workshops. Maintain deep knowledge of construction market trends, ERP adoption challenges, and competitor landscape to enhance positioning. Facilitate a smooth handover to the delivery/implementation team by providing detailed documentation and transition support.
