Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Manager in the Luxury Vertical, your primary responsibility will be to engage with high-net-worth clients, understand their preferences and budget for luxury properties, and coordinate site visits to showcase our exclusive real estate offerings. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized experience for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include gathering client requirements by conducting detailed calls to identify their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. You will be responsible for asking insightful questions to gather all relevant information required to match clients with suitable luxury property options. Furthermore, you will arrange and manage site visits for clients to view the luxury properties. This will involve coordinating with the sales team and property managers to ensure that the properties are prepared for viewing. You will also provide clients with all necessary details and logistics for their site visits. In addition, you will be expected to follow up with clients consistently to keep them engaged and advance leads through the sales funnel. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system, as well as organizing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely site visits and client meetings. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. You will follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to address any additional questions they may have. Moreover, maintaining an up-to-date database of client interactions, requirements, and feedback will be crucial for a smooth client engagement process. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a background in pre-sales, customer service, or sales support, preferably within the luxury real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools are also essential for success in this position. Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury real estate market, provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis and property values, and build and nurture strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.,
