By asking detailed questions and actively listening, you will collect all relevant information necessary to match clients with suitable property options. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling site visits for clients to view luxury properties. This will involve liaising with the sales team and property managers to ensure that the properties are prepared for viewing. You will also be tasked with providing clients with all essential details and logistical information for their site visits. Consistent follow-up with clients will be a key aspect of your role to maintain engagement and progress leads through the sales funnel. You will also need to organize and prioritize leads effectively to ensure timely site visits and client meetings. Keeping accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system will be crucial for effective lead management. Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns will be vital. Moreover, you will need to follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met and address any additional questions they may have. Database management will also be a significant part of your responsibilities, requiring you to maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.
