About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Pre-Sales Executive & Business Development professional with 3-5 years of experience to drive sales growth and expand our client base. This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of successful cold calling, client relationship management, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a hunter mentality. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and other lead generation strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Pre-Sales Activities: Conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations showcasing our IT solutions and software offerings. Tender Management (Private): Manage the complete lifecycle of private IT tenders, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to obtain necessary information and ensure competitive pricing for tender submissions. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Meeting & Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, delivering effective presentations and addressing their technical and business requirements. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities. Software & IT Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and related technologies. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including lead generation, sales pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications: · Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication). · 3-5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, business development, or a related role. · Proven track record of successful cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. · Strong understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and related technologies. · Experience managing private IT tenders and vendor relationships. · Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. · Strong negotiation and closing skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and with a hunter mentality. · Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). · connecting and reaching clients through personalized cold calls, emails, scheduling meetings, physical visits ,follow ups ,and conversion. · Certifications related to IT or sales.
