About the Role: We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy IT Pre-Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between client requirements and technical solutions. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, client engagement, proposal drafting, and presentation skills to support the sales process from discovery to deal closure. Role : IT Pre sale Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 2.5–5 years Education : BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech Location : Noida Sector 4 Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements through calls, meetings, and RFP/RFI documents. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design solutions tailored to client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos and presentations. Create high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and detailed solution documentation. Assist in preparing pricing models, cost estimation, and effort analysis. Participate in client meetings to clarify technical aspects of the proposed solutions. Conduct competitive analysis to position offerings effectively. Support POCs (Proof of Concept) and technical workshops when needed. Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery/project team. Required Skills: Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development life cycle, and cloud-based technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with tools like MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Familiarity with proposal and documentation standards for government tenders.
