Job Title : 3D Generalist Experience- 5-7 yrs Location- Noida Budget- up to 10 LPA About the Role: Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Generalist with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animation, and rendering. You will be working on diverse projects including animations, games, product visualizations, and VFX for films or commercials. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for environments, props, and characters. Rig and animate characters and objects for various applications (games, cinematics, or simulations). Work with lighting and rendering techniques to produce realistic or stylized outputs as per project requirements. Collaborate with concept artists, developers, animators, and other team members to bring ideas to life. Optimize 3D assets for performance and quality. Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to 3D production. Maintain a high level of quality while working within production timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, VFX, Game Design, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a 3D Generalist or similar role. Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush . Strong skills in texturing tools like Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop. Experience with render engines like Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, or Eevee/Cycles. Working knowledge of rigging and character animation . Understanding of lighting and camera setup for realistic and cinematic scenes. Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills.
