*ALT Prop Solutions is Hiring*  *​🏡 Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive/Consultant* *Location – Punawale ( Pune ) – Work from Office* *​🎯 Role Overview* ​The Pre-Sales Executive/Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in generating qualified leads, presenting property options, and guiding clients through the initial stages of the sales cycle. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. *​🔑 Key Responsibilities* ​1. Customer Engagement & Communication ​Handle Inbound & Outbound Communication: Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online chat platforms ​Initial Customer Profiling: Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand the client’s requirements, budget, timeline, and preferences for property type (e.g., apartment, villa, commercial space). ​Virtual & Telephonic Consultations: Conduct informative and persuasive consultations to showcase the company's projects, highlighting key features, location advantages, and investment potential. ​Schedule Site Visits: Qualify leads and coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers. ​2. Product Knowledge & Presentation ​Master Project Information: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all current and upcoming projects, including floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and construction status. ​Deliver Compelling Presentations: Create and deliver tailored presentations (digital and physical) that effectively communicate the value proposition of the properties. ​Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and provide feedback to the Marketing/Sales leadership. ​ ​Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't yet booked a site visit or made a purchase decision. ​Generate Reports: Prepare regular reports on lead conversion rates, call volumes, quality of leads, and overall pre-sales performance for management review. *​💼 Required Skills & Qualifications -* ​Education: Graduation  ​Experience: Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Tele-Sales role, preferably within the Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance industries would be an added advantage. ​Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi, Marathi would be an added advantage. ​Active Listening: Keen ability to listen to customer needs and translate them into suitable property solutions. ​Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead qualification targets. ​Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting customer information and tracking lead progress. *​📈 What We Offer -* ​15K to 20K and performance-based incentives. ​Opportunity to work on high-value, prestigious real estate projects. ​Continuous training and professional development in sales and property knowledge. ​A dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
