Pre-Sales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive in the Real Estate industry, your role will involve handling client inquiries, understanding customer requirements, providing project details, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into successful closures. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads. - Provide detailed information about the August Project to potential clients. - Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers. - Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions. - Follow up with prospective clients for feedback and next steps. - Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - Freshers can apply. - Proven experience in pre-sales or tele-calling within the real estate industry is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. - Basic understanding of real estate sales and CRM software. Please note that the working hours for this role are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with the work location being in person.,
