Pre-Sales Executive

As an Executive Pre-Sales at our company, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for generating leads, managing email campaigns, and supporting sales strategies. If you are confident, articulate, and skilled in using MS Excel and MS Outlook, we are excited to welcome you on board. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases for lead generation. - Create and send mass/focused email campaigns, product flyers to prospects. - Conduct internet-based research to build lead lists and support sales strategy. - Maintain accurate lead data in Excel and CRM tools, perform data analysis, tagging, and segmentation. - Utilize PSM Accounting Software to generate Quotations, Pro-forma invoices, Sales & Purchase invoices. - Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach. - Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop effective outreach strategies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (B.Ba) or MBA. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with CRM Software. - Data Management and Analysis skills. - Proficiency in Quotation and Documentation. - Confident Communication and Presentation Skills. - Strong Organizational & Analytical Skills. - Good Interpersonal Skills.
