Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive who can support our sales team with strong research, data analysis, and outreach. The role involves researching digital marketing tools and trends, and helping drive conversions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research & Brand Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on brands across various industries.
• Identify potential prospects through market mapping, competitor analysis, and digital presence audits.

Email Outreach & Communication

• Draft and send high-quality outreach emails to prospects.
• Manage follow-ups and response tracking.
• Convert cold leads into warm leads through structured communication.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed reports of outreach performance, response rates, and lead quality.

Sales Enablement

• Support the sales team with competitor benchmarking, keyword/industry insights, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of

  digital marketing

  , especially SEO and Performance marketing concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with

  numbers, data, and research tools

  .
• Good written communication skills for drafting professional outreach emails.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn about brands and industry trends.

Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Working Days : 5 Days

Working Time : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
