Pre-Sales Executive

Job Eligibility

• HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales in Residential (Real estate work Background Preferred)
• SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales (Real estate work Background and Pan Card Club Road location(Baner) Preferred)
• Candidate should be comfortable in working from office
• Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties and services
• Prospecting and Finding a qualified Customer
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow up calls and emails
• Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team
• Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pre Sales Executive in the real estate industry for at least 6 months to 1 year
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
