• Filter leads to ensure high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team, based on customer needs and potential for conversion

• Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team on lead quality and conversion potential

4.Sales Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and provide input on customer needs and preferences
• Share knowledge and expertise with the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs

5.Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, lead filtering, and sales activities
