Job Description

Role Summary:

Will be responsible for managing leads, following up with potential buyers, and assisting in scheduling site visits for residential and commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Explain project details, location benefits, pricing and amenities.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested leads regularly to convert them into walk-ins or bookings.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM with call status and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries regarding ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client relationship.

  • Candidate Profile:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience:

    • Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer support is preferred (especially in real estate or insurance).

    Skills:

    • Ability to communicate using simple and clear English and good communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of real estate terminologies and project understanding.
    • Familiar with MS Excel, CRM software, or lead management systems will be an added advantage.
