Key Responsibilities:  Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries.  Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.  Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.  Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.  Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.  Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.  Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required. Key Requirements:  Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.  Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed organization.  Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate or financial services (e.g., American Express, banking, insurance).  Location: Willingness to work full-time from the Songbirds Sales Office.  Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication. Preferred Qualification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
