Pre-Sales Executive

The Tele-Sales Executive at 4K Sports Infra Corporate Group of Companies is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers over the phone. Your role involves identifying customer needs, explaining the benefits of the products, handling objections, and closing sales. To excel in this position, you must be a skilled communicator with a strong ability to influence and persuade customers while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services, identifying and qualifying new leads through research and cold calling, maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, listening to customer needs, providing relevant information, and offering solutions that match their requirements. Additionally, you will need to follow the sales process, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely follow-up with customers. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to build rapport over the phone, persuasiveness, confidence in closing sales, the ability to handle objections, goal-oriented mindset, excellent time management and organizational skills, basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM software, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, and previous experience in telesales or sales is a plus but not always necessary. The role can be performed in an office setting or remotely, depending on the company's policies, and regular hours may vary based on time zones or business needs.
