Job Objective The Pre-Sales Executive will support the sales team by generating leads, engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and facilitating smooth transition from lead generation to sales closure. The role demands excellent communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their property requirements. Prepare presentations, proposals, and property brochures to support the sales process. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and legal) to ensure timely responses to client queries. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions for reporting and follow-up. Assist in organizing property site visits, exhibitions, and promotional events. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries. Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends, client expectations, and competitor activity. Ensure all pre-sales documentation and communications are accurate and professional. Required Skills and Competencies 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable property solutions. Knowledge of real estate market trends, property pricing, and regulations is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred).
