Pre-Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source new solicitations to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Review solicitations to understand project requirements and scope.
• Support proposal managers with RFP templates and timely submissions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, engage with clients & clarify requirements.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams on proposal progress.

Qualifications

• Experience into US staffing industry, with at least 1-2 years as Pre-Sales Executive
• Familiarity with IT or healthcare staffing domains
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
