1 Enquiry handling and preparation of quotations
1. Understand Level, Pressure, Flow requirements from various customers
2. Involved in high level architecture design and BoM preparation
3. Vendor identification, followup for quotations
4. Coordinate with other departments for getting price and technical suitability of
inhouse products
5. Costing and pricing of offers
1. Understand competitive scenario at customer, i.e no of competitors, type ofcompetitors, budget available etc
2. Estimate what is the right price without compromising on potential profit
3. Coordinate with external vendors for support on price and delivery timelines
4. Coordinate and educate field sales team about solution and its strength
5. Update database with respect to documenting knowledge in terms of price lists,technical literature, competitive information etc
1.. Handle ERP related activity like preparation final quotation
2.Hand over the order along with all relevant documents to project team for execution
3.Participate in internal kickoff meetings
4. Coordinate with purchase for budget and assumed cost of BoM items
