The Vendor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with vendors and suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs. You will also prepare regular reports on vendor performance, sourcing outcomes, and spend analysis, tracking metrics such as lead times, cost savings, and supplier delivery performance. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
