About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Sales Development Tepresentative (SDR) with a proven track record of managing end-to-end sales pipelines in the B2B enterprise space. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth by owning lead management, initiating sales conversations, nurturing prospects, and contributing to our bidding processes on government and private platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and has a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics. You'll be expected to proactively source new leads, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and process all active leads from discovery call to closure Conduct disciplined follow-ups with prospects and existing clients Prepare and submit bids on platforms like GeM and other relevant tendering portals Source new leads via LinkedIn, referral campaigns, and other organic/inorganic channels Handle invoicing & billing for closed deals and ensure timely client coordination Actively participate in industry expos, events, and relevant networking sessions Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation and demo scheduling Maintain CRM records, sales data, and reporting dashboards Who Are You : Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales or sales development experience Prior experience in enterprise sales or government/GeM bidding is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales enablement tools Highly disciplined in managing follow-ups, documentation, and reporting Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Tech-savvy and able to adapt to AI tools and digital platforms quickly Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independent .
