About The Role

Pre-Primary Coordinator (Early Years Academic Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate early years curriculum aligned with learning goals.
• Supervise and coach teachers: classroom observations, performance feedback, and training.
• Oversee daily operations: safe classrooms, smooth activity transitions, and resource management.
• Conduct student progress monitoring, identify learning gaps, and coordinate support.
• Engage parents through meetings, progress reports, and home-learning guidance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safeguarding, and health & safety protocols.
• Support enrolment, record management, and reporting to leadership.
  

Required

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), B.Ed., or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience in pre-primary + 1 year supervisory/coordination role.
• Strong skills in curriculum design, classroom management, and assessment systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and parent-engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and school compliance practices.
  

Preferred

• Montessori / EYFS / other early years certifications.
• Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE pre-primary practices.
• Proficiency with digital learning/management tools and MS Office.
  

Work Terms

• Workplace: On-site (Ludhiana, Punjab | Chandigarh).
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday (school working hours).
• Reporting to: Principal / Academic Head.
• Contract Type: Permanent (with probation period).
• Safeguarding: Background verification and reference checks are mandatory as per child protection policy.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (gross).
