Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for PR Executive at iELEVATE ELEVATORS

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and build relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, homeowners, and hoteliers to introduce iELEVATE ELEVATORS.
  • Network and attend industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits to create awareness and generate leads.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Sales Support

  • Qualify potential clients and book meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Follow up with clients post-meeting to ensure engagement and interest.
  • Assist sales team during meetings to ensure smooth communication and better conversions.

3. Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Represent iELEVATE professionally and educate clients about our USPs, including in-house manufacturing, safety, quality, and service excellence.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and brochures to enhance sales pitches.
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing to engage potential clients.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain a database of all interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and address any queries effectively.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports on meetings conducted, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Coordinate between the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Identify areas of improvement in PR strategy and suggest innovative ways to enhance outreach.

Additional Responsibilities (Optional Add-ons for Growth)

✔ Assist in organizing corporate events, open houses, and networking sessions to attract clients.

✔ Collaborate with the digital marketing team to highlight client success stories and testimonials.

✔ Conduct periodic competitor analysis to improve sales pitches and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
