Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience & exposure)

1. ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected PR Manager who can strengthen our brand presence, build long-term relationships, and manage public perception across platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and thrives in both strategic planning and fieldwork.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute effective PR strategies aligned with brand goals

- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, media professionals, and brands

- Represent the brand at events, meetings, and industry gatherings

- Coordinate fieldwork activities and on-ground PR campaigns

- Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution

- Monitor brand reputation and handle public communication when required

- Prepare PR reports, coverage analysis, and performance insights

3. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE 

- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)

- Field Work Experience and on-ground coordination

- Strong Networking and people management skills

- Influencer Relationship Building & Nurturing

- Relationship Building with Brands & Strategic Partners

- Media outreach and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

- Strategic thinking with attention to detail

- Event coordination and campaign execution

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Problem-solving and crisis management skills

4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

- Existing network of influencers, media contacts, or brand partners

- Experience handling PR campaigns across digital and offline channels
