PR Manager

Role Overview: As a PR future leader, you will be responsible for leading reputation management for brands and overseeing a team of 5-10 PR professionals. Your expertise in Regional PR campaigns will be crucial for this position. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the interface between existing clients and media, developing strategies and overseeing campaign execution - Lead a team of 5-10 PR Executives/Sr. PR Executives to achieve organizational goals - Manage reporting and analytics for your team's clients - Provide consultancy-based solutions to address challenges and deliver results effectively - Build and maintain media relationships, both existing and new as required - Create content when necessary - Develop and ensure adherence to SOP practices - Collaborate with consultants to create learning modules for team skill development Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Telugu language (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory - 3-5 years of relevant PR experience (Agency experience preferred) - Understanding of Regional PR/Media and experience in executing Regional PR campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong interpersonal skills - Education in PR/Mass Comm preferred but not mandatory - Open to candidates with varied experience levels, as suitability is based on skills and expertise Please note: This job is full-time and permanent, with a remote work location.,
