Job Title: Power BI Visualization Engineer Location: PAN India Experience: 7-10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Visualization Engineer to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building interactive, data-rich Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. In addition to Power BI expertise, secondary skills in Power Platform, Python, data modeling, and ETL processes are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs Translate datasets into meaningful visual insights for stakeholders and product owners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define KPIs Perform data modeling, create relationships, and optimize data structures within Power BI Write and manage complex DAX formulas for custom measures and calculated columns Develop and support ETL processes using Power Query, SSIS, or Python-based solutions Integrate Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance dashboard interactivity and automate workflows Collaborate with Data Engineering to support large data volumes and build scalable data pipelines Use Python for data wrangling, advanced analytics, and embedding custom logic into dashboards Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across all reporting solutions Provide technical support and best practices guidance to end-users Required Qualifications Proven experience in Power BI dashboard and data model development Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and creating relationships between data sources Familiarity with Power Platform tools: Power Apps and Power Automate Experience in ETL development using Power Query, SSIS, or Python Strong command of SQL and experience with databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL Hands-on Python scripting for analytics and data transformation Solid understanding of data security, governance, and role-based access control Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Databricks) Familiarity with machine learning integration into Power BI Knowledge of the KEDRO framework or similar pipeline orchestration tools Exposure to AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling Microsoft certifications such as Data Analyst Associate or Power Platform App Maker If you’re passionate about data visualization, analytics, and Power BI innovation—apply today to join a high-impact team driving data-led decisions.
