Role & Responsibilities On-going consultancy with Operations department to translate business requirements and desired outcomes into system requirements and a plan of execution. Execution of the plan as per an agreed timeline. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure data integrity and security within the platform. Documentation of system, maintenance and security protocols and customisations. Stay updated on Certinia and Salesforce releases and new features to leverage for business improvements. Setting up new users on Certinia ensuring they have the correct permissions and access. Responding to Salesforce / Certinia-related issues. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
