Junior Designer and Presentation Specialist

As a versatile and multi-disciplined designer at Brave Bison, your role is crucial in elevating the marketing activities and maintaining consistency across the agency brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking the lead in designing visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, internal communications, and marketing initiatives. - Creating and adapting social media assets, email graphics, and collateral in alignment with brand guidelines. - Assisting in the production of case study layouts, award entries, and other design requests. - Managing and updating template libraries in PowerPoint and Figma for easy access across the organization. - Collaborating with the marketing and growth teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work for multiple brands. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong PowerPoint design skills focusing on visual storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. - Ability to create assets for both digital and print formats. - Experience in designing social media and marketing materials, with internships, freelance, or agency background considered a plus. - Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and a willingness to learn. - 1-2 years of design experience or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating your capabilities. - Motion graphics, video editing, or animation skills would be advantageous. This position is fully remote, offering you the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Marketing and Growth teams in London and Manchester.
