Role Overview

The Digital Designer is integral to the strategic vision of performance creative in Brave Bison’s AdStudio, reporting into the Design Lead.

They support the Design Lead in ensuring creative concepts are adherent to content strategy, are audience-led, on trend, and aligned to the objectives of each phase of the customer journey, across specific client accounts.

This role is designed for a creative thinker who loves all forms of digital design. You have a knack for knowing what looks good on the internet.

This role is integral to achieving the following goals:

Role & Responsibilities

• UI & Digital design concepting and delivery for:
• Organic content-led campaigns (for SEO and Digital PR)
• Social campaigns
• Paid media campaigns
• And various other design work against both internal and client needs
• Collaboration with content strategy, copy and dev teams
• Ownership of project and client account work

Qualification & skills requirements:

• Several years’ experience in professional design and/or creative teams
• Expert in Figma
• Proficient in other industry standard tooling such as Adobe suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinking to problem solve and identify directions, opportunities
• A solid portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills
• Familiairty and use of AI technologies is a plus
