Digital Designer

Role Overview: OLIVER, a creative services agency, is seeking a creative Digital Designer to join their team on a freelance basis for a duration of 3 to 4 months in Manila, Philippines. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating e-commerce, user interface webpage designs, social media designs, motion graphics, and more. The role involves working closely with various team members to deliver engaging and innovative digital assets that align with best practices and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Create, design, and develop digital assets for interactive campaigns such as email, microsites, landing pages, social media, and online banner advertising - Collaborate with Project Managers, Content Strategists, copywriters, and UX Designers to develop engaging user interface designs - Present rationale for design decisions with a solid understanding of user flows and digital best practices - Produce basic motion graphics and videos for social channels - Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize designs for digital channels - Stay updated on cutting-edge design styles and trends to push creative boundaries - Work with a mobile-first mindset and ensure all work aligns with digital best practices Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a digital designer - Proficiency in basic motion graphics and video editing - Demonstrated experience in producing e-commerce assets, digital and social media content - Understanding of technical constraints and design regulations for e-commerce, user interface designs, and social media assets - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively - Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented - Passion for AI and new technologies, with knowledge of AI tools being beneficial - Creative agency experience is preferred Additional Company Details: OLIVER is part of The Brandtech Group, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance efficiency and drive creativity in their work.
