Digital Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, including illustrations, logos, and layouts, while ensuring brand consistency. You must be proficient in InDesign and skilled in preparing print-ready files, color matching, and page imposition. Experience in the pharma industry is a plus. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Studying design briefs and determining requirements. - Scheduling projects and defining budget constraints. - Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements. - Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas. - Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. - Using appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. - Working with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs. - Testing graphics across various media. - Amending designs after feedback. - Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Being responsible for creating the mechanical ready for print. - Checking the colors to match with the Brand guide. - Aligning elements, applying the die-cut, and making the page imposition, etc. Qualifications required for this role: - Knowledge of brand guidelines. - Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
