Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer with strong experience in visual design, video editing, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate must be proficient in industry-standard design and editing software and able to deliver high-quality creatives aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit videos for promotional activities, social media reels, and brand communication.
• Develop static and dynamic content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Work on branding elements, layouts, templates, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Ensure all design outputs are consistent with brand identity and quality standards.
• Use AI tools to support creative design workflows when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of layout design, color theory, and typography.
• Good video editing and motion graphics awareness.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
