As a Digital Designer at Tag India, your primary responsibilities will include: - Mastering design and adaptation of assets/layouts using Design tools in collaboration with the Production lead, Sr. Designers, and Production/Development teams. - Creating digital web designs such as web pages, email templates, banners, and social media creatives while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. - Interpreting design briefs, conceptualizing visuals, and delivering high-quality output within specified timelines. - Keeping abreast of visual design technologies, techniques, and trends to deliver cutting-edge work. - Proactively identifying challenges, best practices, and campaign schedules to manage deliveries effectively. - Ensuring all ad designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to established style guidelines. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital design within a digital/creative agency environment. - Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma & XD. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. - Motion Graphics Design and Animation skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work on projects independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Additional information: - The company operates in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. - Rotational shifts may be required based on the region and at the discretion of your line manager.
