Power Platform Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the implementation of a Strategic Workforce Planning System. The system will enable skill-based workforce planning used by HR Core, HR Client Services, and VPs to enhance supportability, ensure data integrity, and meet evolving organizational needs. The solution leverages modern technologies including Microsoft Azure , Azure DevOps , Databricks , Data Lake Storage , Power BI , and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) . Key Responsibilities Design and implement dataflows within PowerApps for business process automation and integration. Develop and maintain Dataverse logic for efficient data access and management. Build and configure approval workflows and implement audit logging mechanisms. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Optimize existing workflows and ensure performance, reliability, and security. Partner with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality. Required Skills & Experience Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in application development or workflow automation . Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform . Strong grasp of Dataverse , Power BI , Power Automate , and PowerApps . Experience with Azure Logic Apps , Azure DevOps , and Common Data Service (CDS) . Proficiency in data modeling , DAX , Power Fx , and integration using APIs & custom connectors. Familiarity with SharePoint , AI Builder , and Power Virtual Agents is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in multicultural, collaborative environments with high ambiguity tolerance. Nice to Have Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure technologies. Experience working with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake Storage . Knowledge of security , compliance , CI/CD pipelines , and data governance practices. Show more Show less
