The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leveraging Power BI to transform data into actionable insights. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on data visualization and reporting using Power BI. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Implement best practices for data governance and security within Power BI environments. Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and functionalities. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and data analytics. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. Experience with SQL and database management systems. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Familiarity with ETL processes and tools. Knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik). Experience in project management and agile practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on data analytics.
