Job Title: Power BI Developer

Locations: PAN INDIA

Experience: 4 - 6 Years (Relevant)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Work From Office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query, along with experience in integrating data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and publish Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Create and optimize data models for performance and usability.
Write complex DAX queries and calculations to support business reporting needs.
Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance compliance.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and datasets.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience with Power BI development and data visualization.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, or other cloud data platforms.
Knowledge of Power BI service administration and security roles.
Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
