Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that meet business needs and adhere to data quality and security standards.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize Power BI performance, scalability, and usability using best practices and techniques.
• Integrate Power BI with other products and services, such as Azure Data Factory, PowerApps, and Power Automate, to create end-to-end data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to gather and refine business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver feedback.
• Document and communicate Power BI solutions, processes, and standards to relevant audiences.
• Research and evaluate new Power BI features, tools, and technologies to enhance existing solutions and create new ones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard, report, and data model creation and deployment.
• Strong skills in SQL, KQL, DAX, Fabric and other data query and manipulation languages.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, and Power Automate, or similar cloud-based data integration and automation tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance, and data visualization concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning and innovation.
