Role Overview

We are looking for a Power BI Expert with strong Advanced Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customized dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and supporting data-driven strategies across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards tailored to business needs.

• Use Advanced Excel techniques (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA/macros, data modelling) for complex reporting and analytics.

• Integrate and transform large datasets from multiple sources into meaningful insights.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver clear, actionable data solutions.

• Monitor dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Gardudate in any discipline- Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel.

• Strong knowledge of DAX, data modelling, and SQL queries.

• Experience in connecting to multiple data sources (ERP/CRM/Excel/Cloud).

• Ability to translate complex datasets into simple, visual, and impactful insights.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
