Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle client documentation and coordination post booking
  • Manage payment schedules and customer queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams for registration and handover
  • Proper Customer documentation for loan process
  • Getting loan sanction from bank
  • Getting agreement to sales done with paying stamp duty and registration and gst
  • Co ordinating with banks to check cibil and loan eligibility of customer and get required amount sanctioned from bank
  • Collection of payment time to time based on percentage of work completed

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Real Estate Background Must
