Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Sales Executive based in Kolkata. The Post Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions post-purchase, ensuring timely communication, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues. They will be tasked with coordinating between internal teams and clients to oversee the handover of properties and fulfill all service agreements. The role includes documenting processes, maintaining accurate records, and fostering long-term customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Organizational, Coordination, and Time-Management Skills
• Experience in Documentation Processes and Record Keeping
• Basic Knowledge of Real Estate or Hospitality Industries (preferred)
• Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
