Job Description

Post-Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for clients after handover from the Pre-Sales team, ensuring smooth transition and continuity of service.
  • Develop a

    deep understanding

    of client requirements, business trends, and service expectations to ensure operational alignment.
  • Monitor client activity, identifying patterns in business increase or decline, and implement appropriate actions to support growth or retention.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure the timely delivery of all services and the resolution of client queries.
  • Manage escalations professionally, making sure that issues are resolved quickly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service commitments, feedback, and performance reports.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to service-level agreements and fulfillment of pre-sales commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing client engagement across service verticals.
  • Prepare regular client reports and performance summaries for internal analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of client service and build long-term, trust-based relationships.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience

    in client relationship management, post-sales, account servicing, or customer success roles.
  • Strong client-handling skills with an ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Operations and Sales.
  • Ability to understand business trends and take proactive measures to support client retention and growth.
  • Experience in the travel or corporate service industry is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to timely delivery.
