Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Post Sales Executive Extraordinaire—someone who will be the bridge between our customers and our internal team after a booking is made. Your job? Keep customers informed, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth delivery process. Think of yourself as the guide who makes the wait for their new furry friend exciting and hassle-free!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers post-booking, ensuring they have all the information they need until delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact, updating customers on the status of their pet adoption process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and share accurate information with customers.
• Address any queries, concerns, or special requests customers may have during the process.
• Ensure a smooth handover of pets by aligning logistics, documentation, and necessary arrangements.
• Maintain clear and timely communication through calls, messages, and emails.
• Work proactively to resolve any bottlenecks and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 6-3 years in customer service, coordination, or a related field. (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
• People Person: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to track multiple customer orders and updates efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and managing digital communication.
• Pet Enthusiast: A love for animals is a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
