Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Taxi Booking & Vendor Management Industry: Travel & Transportation | Corporate Mobility Services About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Taxi Booking & Deployment Executive to manage taxi reservations and vendor coordination for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in ground transportation operations, vendor negotiation, and corporate client servicing within the travel or transport industry. This role demands excellent coordination skills, knowledge of corporate travel booking systems, and the ability to deliver a seamless travel experience for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage Taxi Bookings: Handle end-to-end booking of taxis for clients based on their travel plans, preferences, and timelines. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with taxi service providers to ensure availability, negotiate rates, and secure cost-effective options. Database Management: Maintain and regularly update a database of preferred taxi vendors, their rates, policies, and service quality metrics. Client Interaction: Communicate with corporate clients to manage bookings, clarify pricing, answer travel-related queries, and ensure service satisfaction. Vendor Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong vendor relationships to expand service offerings and ensure high-quality delivery. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and formalize contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and added benefits for clients. Payment Handling: Assist in collecting payments from clients and ensure accuracy in billing—handling cash, digital payments, or credit transactions. Booking Records: Enter and manage client and booking data in internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Support & Coordination: Collaborate with the tour and travel operations team to ensure complete alignment in client itineraries and ground support.
