Oversee the program of projects that the Country Head and his/her team have determined, making sure that plans are regularly reviewe'd, optimized, etc and that all risks are flagged, discussed and corrective actions taken. Take on the role of project manager wherein the role requires coordination and influence with other project leaders and the teams assigned to the work. Provide weekly reports of the programs status, flagging areas of risk and helping to identify reasons to celebrate along the way. Be responsible for determining and checking the OKRs that apply to the projects and to the Country Heads team itself. Updating OKRs weekly in line with normal business best practices. What we are looking for: Have min 3-5 years experience in program management, and preferably be from telco background with multi functional exposure to marketing, tech and customer service. Ideally overseen programs across all areas of a business, commercial and technical. A problem solver who is willing to apply themselves wherever this is needed. Ability to focus in on the most important risks and issues. Concise reporting and escalation.
