Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-12 years of experience to join our team as a Project Management Officer (PMO) in the employment firm industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage shared resources across the PMO's project portfolio.
Develop project management methods, best practices, and standards.
Provide guidance, mentorship, training, and supervision to team members.
Conduct project audits to ensure adherence to project management standards and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in project management.
