PMO Professional

As a PMO professional at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in providing a formal, centralized layer of project control and integration within the unit/account program. Serving as a trusted advisor to program managers, project managers, and service partners, you will take on both execution responsibilities of specific project management areas and program management governance support responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include building and supervising holistic program/project plans, ensuring accurate planning, task ownership identification, and alignment with the charter to meet critical metrics and planned results. You will provide an integrative view and analysis of various project aspects, supervise trends, raise areas of concern, support program and project governance through audits and reviews, and prepare risk management reports. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent, possess experience in project methodology, management, and PMO processes, and have an understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with individuals at various levels, including senior staff. Previous experience as a PMO in a software/IT/Telco organization is advantageous, along with resourcefulness and a proactive approach to work.
