Title: PMO Executive

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, KA

Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent

Description:

PMO will be closely working with project owners under the guidance of project quality to report on project status, risk, issue management and benefits delivery. This will include providing administrative support, reporting, monitoring project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Will be supporting BU head in preparation of presentation as per the required data.

Extraction of deliverable data from customer portal & cascading to team leaders.

Preparation of Project metrics data for generation of KPIs.

Support in defect data collection for Work package focal as per the requirement

Ensuring configuration management activities is carried out by the Work package focal as per plan.

Ensuring timesheet of the team is filled in and preparing the consolidated monthly report

Monitor and reporting of weekly progress from various projects to all stakeholders.

Consolidation of holiday & shift allowance data of applicable Engineers.

Liaison with AIRBUS/ASA/On-site focal point on issues regarding inputs, schedule, cost and quality, making sure that stakeholders have up-to-date, accurate information.

Standardizes project management practices throughout the work packages

Extended Support in preparation of PDP, QAP and QMS docs related to the project

Extended support towards preparation of Proposals, SoW and PRF docs.

Extended support in preparation of progress report and follow up for signatures.

Reporting to Operations Quality & supporting Work package leader.
