Develop and maintain business dashboards and analytics reports. Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Technical teams to align business intelligence with execution. Document processes, workflows, and operational improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, or Engineering. 1 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or market research. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and business analytics tools.
Role: PMO Executive Location: Noida Role Objective: Support the seamless execution of HyperGrowth initiatives by coordinating projects, resources, and cross-functional teams. Ensure timely tracking, reporting, and alignment between operations, HR, finance, and leadership for efficient business delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources for all HyperGrowth initiatives. Manage project trackers, dashboards, and performance reports to monitor progress and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Liaise with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to enable seamless onboarding and project execution. Prepare executive briefs, summaries, and documentation for leadership reviews and decision-making. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in PMO, Operations, or Project Coordination. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, or ClickUp, etc. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
