About the Role

ServiceNow Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across multiple channels (web, chat, email, and calls).
• Troubleshoot issues on the ServiceNow platform, including UI, API, and workflow-related problems.
• Analyze logs, debug errors, and perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and suggest improvements.
• Support ServiceNow implementation/customization activities as required.
• Document resolutions, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in

  ServiceNow Support / Implementation / Development

• Hands-on knowledge of

  ServiceNow platform

  modules
• Proficiency with

  AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML/XHTML

• Basic

  object-oriented programming

  skills (JavaScript preferred)
• Basic understanding of

  SQL

• Strong

  troubleshooting and root cause analysis

  skills
• Ability to

  analyze log files and debug errors

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with

  ServiceNow UI Components

  (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Portals, UI Builder)
• Familiarity with

  Virtual Agent & Configurable Workspaces

• Exposure to

  SaaS/Web App support

  environments
