Plant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong operational expertise, team management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

• Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, scheduling, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant staff and departmental supervisors to create a high-performance, collaborative work culture.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and manage plant budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA), environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure all production processes and products meet quality control standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
• Drive process improvements through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or other operational excellence tools.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage raw materials, finished goods, and logistics effectively.
• Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, production metrics, and operational challenges to senior leadership.
